  I went in looking for an item I had seen online. 3 people looked for it with no success; it was not in stock. They ordered it and gave me a discount on my item for all the hassle. Very helpful staff. I had gone into another store looking for it, and they made it sound like a hassle to order, so I left.

  This particular BBB is smaller than the one by Park Meadows Mall, so they have less of a selection. We registered at BBB for our wedding and had several items to return. The return process went very smoothly -- we didn't bring our gift receipts so they simply looked up our registry at the check out counter. Because of the smaller store size, there were a few items on our list that they did not have in stock. A sales associate gladly helped us locate the item online and had it shipped to our house for free. Because we were buying other items in-store with a coupon, she let us use the coupon towards the online purchase, which was great! All the sales associates at this BBB were very friendly and helpful!

  I went in to get a wedding registry gift and not knowing what to do I asked for help. Cori helped me out and she was very friendly and got me in and out of there quickly, she even helped me wrap the gift and tie bow! Definitely ask for Cori if you ever need anything!
