  Since Fred Meyer closed their Omaha presence it has been challenging to get our jewelry in for cleaning and inspections. I was doing some work in Denver and thought it would be a good idea to take everything in. Well it all went fine except we had a necklace that needed more than just a cleaning. Daniel personally took charge and provided what I can only express as the best customer service I've received in ages. It was necessary to do an exchange. I was headed out of town, first he let me drop the necklace off at a store across town (but only a few miles out of my way off I-76, saving me at least 2 hours of driving in Denver traffic) then he sent me the replacement via fedex since it took longer than expected. I'm aware that things come up and it's professionals like Daniel that can turn a poor experience into a very positive one. I just wanted to say, Thanks Daniel.
