  Horrible customer service at the return desk. Same person, same experience, and treated like I did something wrong. Took 10 min to even awknowlege that I was there, when I was the only one at the returns. Had a problem that I took lumber to the RETURNS DESK! She asked me why I didn’t take it to lumber and then proceeded to tell me that she has no where to put it. I asked why I would take lumber that I was returning to lumber instead of the returns desk? It was 9 pieces of lumber. She sighed and rolled her eyes at me. Had my receipt to return my item, including the Lowe’s Card that I bought the material on. She scanned the lumber but the computer said it was something different. She was not going to return it and asked if I had a different receipt. I replied “how can I have a different receipt when the lumber on my receipt is what I am returning”. Was told she was going to call a manager and did. She was told to return the item and then proceeded to tell me that the manager was wrong and complained about the manager. Everytime I go in it’s the same person with same reaction from her. You would think that a person in the customer service area would do exactly that...have customer service. Instead she is bothered that you are even there. I was a Lowe’s person but will do everything I can to not shop there. Store has gone down hill over the last 6 months. Home Depot has stepped up their game. With lots of friendly faces and and multiple people asking if they can help out without getting any attitude or complaining about management.
