  Scott & Kim are awesome. I hired them to refinish 1000 square feet of red oak flooring that had been installed 8 months earlier by an inept company that did not sand properly and even though it looked great, a few months later the surface coating absorbed into the wood causing it to warp, shrink, and expand. Scott came by and was able to provide an extremely competitive rate and was extremely professional. We had to wait a few weeks before he was available but when he showed up, he had every top-of-the-line dustless equipment you could imagine for the job. In fact, everything looked like it was brand new even though it wasn't--he apparently just takes really good care of his tools! That's a side-note to hint at the great job he did. His dustless system was simply amazing--we barely could find any dust after the job. Compared to our first experience, Scott's work did not have a single dust bunny, hair, dirt embedded in the finish and was perfectly even with not a single inch of flooring that I could find fault with. He recommended a water based formula which would not yellow and we have been thrilled with the results. This review is a bit late as the job was done in 2013, but I am still so thankful at the quality of workmanship I thought I should let the folks in Parker/SE Denver know about this company. They don't advertise much, if at all. They don't even have a website which I find odd...however he seems to stay plenty busy with word-of-mouth referrals. I hope this helps.
